About Ann Cho
Ariela Insights is an initiative of Ariela Capital Pty Ltd, founded by Ann Cho. Through her articles, Ann draws on 20 years of property experience and hands-on AI development to explore the forces shaping property and where new value may emerge.
Ann understands property as a physical asset, an investment and part of an operating business. Her experience connects the detail of individual assets with the economics of portfolios and the complexity of large precinct transactions. She has worked with institutional investors, lenders, businesses and government across Australian and international markets.
Previous roles include Big Four partner leading the Sydney Real Estate Advisory & Transactions team, fund manager for institutional clients, National Property Strategy Manager at a major supermarket group, and a role in the Group Strategy & Financial Planning and Analysis team of an ASX-listed developer.
Now building AI-native ventures through Ariela, Ann examines how technology can improve decisions and operations, what implementation requires and who captures the resulting value. Her writing brings research, industry conversations and practical experience together to assess what is changing, why it matters and what deserves closer scrutiny.
